Once known as "Portofino Golf Course", set amongst the vineyards of the lower Hunter Valley, this friendly course offers stunning views, beautiful wildlife and a relaxed atmosphere. This resort style course tests the experienced and rewards the novice. While at times challenging, it promises to be a truly remarkable round of golf.The course closed in late 2003 for extensive renovations including the addition of a luxurious Crowne Plaza Hotel with conference facilities, 175 self-contained golf condominiums, fully equipped pro-shop, health and beauty centre and an alfresco bar and restaurant overlooking the breathtaking Brokenback Mountain Ranges. The new resort and course re-opened to the public in October 2006.
